A five-part harmony a-cappella version of the Dickens tale told from Fagin’s point of view on the gallows. Full of death, slapstick and definitely no West End sentimentality.

Hypothetically Murdered    Toured March 2003
A mixture of Stalin, Shostakovich, Meyerhold and vaudeville. With an original recording of Shostakovich’s jazz thriller, song and trapeze. Slapstick with political undertones, but entertaining throughout. Produced with a Scotland on Stage Award.

Macbeth
Made in collaboration with TNT-Music Theatre, commercially produced. Currently touring Germany. A very physical and visual version drawn from the First Folio with a special emphasis on the role of the supernatural.

Brave New World
Made in collaboration with TNT-Music Theatre, commercially produced by the American Drama Group Europe. Toured 10 different countries and played the Edinburgh Fringe.

Songs of a Wayfarer
Adapted from Mahler, combining old vaudeville songs and new compositions, a black and white commissioned 35mm film, contemporary dance and live song.
