| Robert Livingston |
As Director of HI~Arts, Robert works with the voluntary Board of Directors to develop and agree strategies for the activities and development of HI~Arts, and then works with the staff team to implement those strategies. He also leads the Senior Management Team in developing new projects and areas of work, and is the main contact point for HI~Arts with funders and contracting bodies such as the Scottish Arts Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and Scottish Screen, and with partner organizations such as Booth Scotland, Regional Screen Scotland, and the Highlands and Islands Theatre Network.

| Karen Ray |
Karen is responsible for human resources and for all things financial. Finance includes developing budgets, monitoring income and spending, and preparing reports for funders. We make around 150-200 payments every month for our core activities and for the twenty three projects and three archipelago businesses we support. Karen sits on the HI-Arts' Senior Management team.

| Marcus Wilson |
Marcus heads up the Audience Development services at HI-Arts offering consultancy and training in strategic marketing, and takes an overview of HI-Arts' communications and family of websites. Marcus sits on the HI-Arts' Senior Management team.

| Sian Jamieson |
Sian works alongside Marcus and provides audience development support for the HI-Arts project coordinators. She also works with cultural and arts organisations and groups to provide advice, information and support to evolve their marketing and audience development activities.

| Fiona Fisher |
Fiona started working for HI~Arts in 1995 working mainly on the What's On events listing paper in conjunction with the Press & Journal. Her job now entails general oversight of the website in collaboration with the Development Manager and administrative support for project workers such as the Writing Development Coordinator.

| Laura Martin |
Laura came to HI~Arts in 2002 having previously worked at HIE. She is currently managing the awards schemes and provides admin support to the Business Manager on general finance tasks. She also manages the box office for the Screen Machine Mobile Cinema and recently began working also with Regional Screen Scotland on their Digital Equipment grant scheme.

| Elizabeth Sinclair |
Work part time as an Administrator as part of the Finance & Administration Unit. Role includes entering and approving events for the online directory, posting reviews on the website and reception cover.

Helen's role involves work on the website (entering press releases, calendar events, venues and organisations), ordering supplies such as stationery and other office items, recycling, postage, reception and general enquiries, processing box office bookings for mobile cinema, dealing with invoices and making payments.

| Avril Souter |
Avril provides support within Craft Development, helping Pamela Conacher with the organisation of crafts events and administering the craft pages of the website. Avril also assists with updating the website by adding news stories, events and adding content to the Artforms and Services sections.

Pamela is HI-Arts Craft Development Coordinator, offering a range of programmes and advice to makers throughout the Highlands and Islands. She is assisted with website development and administration by Avril Souter.

| John Saich |
John is HI~Arts' contemporary music specialist and currently coordinates the MIDAS programme of development for new bands and song writers. In a broader role, John has developed a web portal and support network for Argyll and the Islands incorporating a number of sectors including the visual arts, festivals and heritage.

| Graham Campbell |
The Screen Machine is managed by Graham and run by a team of four based in Inverness. Graham organises the tours, books the films, promotes the shows etc and is primarily involved with the Screen Machine. Box office, web-site and financial concerns are handled by members of the HI~Arts team as part of their wider roles within the company.

Iain is one of two driver/operators who work two weeks on-two weeks off. He drives the Screen Machine, sets it up, sells the tickets and shows the film. He also carries out the day-to-day maintenance. In each location Iain is assisted by a locally recruited usher.

| Susan Chisholm |
Susan is the first point of contact for all promoters who are looking to sell for events online with thebooth. She will guide them through all aspects of using thebooth service - from costs and contracts to online sales management.

Elizabeth works for the Booth on a part time basis to provide administrative support to the Booth team. Her role includes setting up events for sale online and providing accounting support. Elizabeth has previously worked as a website administrator and has also studied E-Business at Napier University.

| Stuart Brownlee |
Stuart Brownlee is a Partner in the Highland based Research and Training consultancy sbworks. Stuart has worked with HI-Arts on a freelance basis over a number of years and continues to provide support on initiatives such as audience development. Stuart is also a freelance marketing and information co-ordinator with the Highlands & Islands Theatre Network (HITN), one of the HI-Arts archipelago partner organisations.

Ron Inglis is Director of Regional Screen Scotland, the development agency for access to the cinema experience in remote, rural and urban communities throughout Scotland outwith the major cities. A former deputy director of Filmhouse, Ron previously worked as an independent cinema and arts consultant. He is based in Peebles.

Kenny Mathieson is the Commissioning Editor of Northings, the online arts journal for the Highlands & Islands. Kenny commissions and edits features and reviews across a wide range of arts events, writes a regular Editorial column, and contributes occasional articles to the journal.
